Criteria:-
- Tertiary Graduate in engineering, business studies or quantity surveying or equivalent
- Or HND graduate in Information Management / Technology or Telecommunications, business studies or quantity surveying or equivalent
- 3 years relevant working experience, in information management & technology or telecommunications.
- An understanding of supply chain management.
- An understanding of legal principles and commercial / contract awareness of industry contracting practices.
- Experience in pre and post contract development and management.
- Technical knowledge in information management and telecommunications.
- Understanding and commitment to HSSE Policy, and House Rules.
- Good command of spoken & written English.
