Criteria:-
- Engineering Degree
- Chartered member of recognised international professional body desirable
- written and spoken English, Knowledge of French desirable
- 15 years construction and installation of upstream O&G
- 7 years in an EPCI manager position.
- Preparation and coordination of EPC proposals.
- Technical evaluation of bids for equipment and services
- Experience in construction, installation, testing and commissioning of O&G facilities
- knowledge of the elements of cost in construction and maintenance including determination of unit cost
- knowledge of construction and installation processes and procedures, equipment, tools, materials, application.
- knowledge of inspection and investigation techniques.
- knowledge of international codes and standards and application to O&G facilities operation
