- experience or knowledge in drilling
- Leadership, Problem Solving, Influencing and Conflict Resolution.
- Planning and Custom Relationship Management.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and decision making skills.
- Materials & Inventory Management and Logistics Operations.
- knowledge in E & P materials, and relevant HSE.
- knowledge in interpretation of legal terms of contracts and applicable statutory regulations.
