Criteria:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or any Engineering degree
- 5-10years work experience of similar role preferably in construction supervision
- Registered chartered QS with RICS/AIQS or Chartered engineer
- Knowledge of contract administration and good contractual awareness
- Well developed interpersonal skills
- Resourceful and able to work independently, proactive and self motivated
- Highly discreet with confidential information
