Criteria:-
- Valid and recognized Class 3 Deck or Marine Certificate of Competency
- 4years maritime experience with at least 1year experience in the minimum as Third Officer of FSO, FPSO or petroleum tanker
- Must have attended Tanker Familiarization Course
- Must be in possession of an Authorized Gas Tester Certificate
- Must have attended Damage Control Team and Mercury Awareness Training
- Familiar with emergency response and a member of the emergency response or damage control team
- Well versed in managing and developing the loading, offloading ballast and store distribution plans to ensure hull stresses and stability are within the approved limits
- Must be familiar with the marine ISM code or O&G PTW System and HSE Standards
- Must have good command of written and spoken English
- Client preferred Thai and Malaysian Nationalities
