Anomaly and LOPC Advisor

Position: Anomaly and LOPC Advisor
Location: West Malaysia
Commence: Q1 2020
Duration: 1year with extension option
Criteria:
  • He/she shall be the SME for pressure equipment and piping and is responsible for pressure equipment and piping deliverables.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or materials science or othe relevant engineering and applied science field from a recognized university or higher institution of learning.
  • Minimum twenty (20) years working experience in oil & gas or offshore related experience in AIM, Anomaly and RBI development.
  • Minimum certified to any one of the following; API 580 or API 570 or API 510.
  • Well-verse in inspection, inspection techniques, inspection planning, welding and repair methods, RBI assessment and IOW development
  • Well-verse in pressure equipment and piping integrity management.
  • Well-verse in international codes and standards i.e. API, ASME, NACE, DNV GL, ISO, etc.
  • Hands-on experience in RBI codes and standards, API 580, API RP 581, Pressure Vessel Inspection Code, API 510 and Piping Inspection Code, API 570.
  • Good working knowledge in FFS assessment and methods.
  • Good working knowledge in non-destructive assessment and methods.
  • Good working knowledge of AIM system and has hands-on experience in AIM system development.
  • Good working knowledge of root cause failure analysis identification and reporting.
