Criteria:-
- 20years experience in oil & gas industry in Gulf of Thailand (GoT) with good understanding of the GoT regional geology, hydrocarbon system and oil & gas evaluation
- Demonstrated ability to work with other disciplines within SSF and other departments such as DCD, while developing an automated data loading system for geoscience data
- Extensive experience in GoT to develope and implement an enterprise level automated geoscience data loading system for thousands of wells with multiple reservoirs per well for subsurface department
- Extensive experience in GoT with geoscience database management in alignment with Landmark software and database (both SSF and DCD) for fields with thousands of wells with multiple reservoirs per well
- Strong management, supervisory and coaching skills
- Open-minded and demonstrates openness to new ideas
- Good teamwork with a commitment to integrated subsurface interpretations
- Anticipates future situations and solutions
- Demonstrates result-oriented commitment to team success
- Has a respect for others' cultures and perspectives
- Is able to and willing about business trips
- Good coaching and mentoring less experienced staffs
