Position: Performance Improvement Supervisor

Duration: Yearly Basis
- 7 years (minimum) as an Offshore Performance Consultant and have worked on various operating units, Drillship, Jack Up, TAD & Semi Subs on Drilling & Completion / Well Intervention operations.
- Preferably possess a degree or have considerable relevant compensating worldwide oil industry experience and training.
- Must have previous experience of operations ofshore Malaysia.
- Be in possession of a valid IWCF level 4 certificate (Surface and Sub-Sea).
- Have a sufficiently broad experience base to be able to exercise independent thought and decision making.
- Able to supervise and coach swubordinates and lead team to achieve results
- Coach rig crew and service personnel on opportunities of operational forward planning.
- Assist in getting new crews and service personnel integrated into the systems with performance driven mindset.
- Utilize previous learning's to improve on operational performance.
- Play an active role in the capturing, documenting and managing of all learning's occuring from th eongoing operations by feeding learnings back into upcoming operations
