Position: Drilling Cost Controller / Cost Engineering Expert
Location: West and East Malaysia
Commence: Year 2023
Criteria:
- Assist in the AFE creation
- Cost Control Strategy creation
- Contract structure review and Material Group review according to AFE
- Coordinate WBS structure & Budget assignment
- PO creation support & QA/QC (WBS, Purchasing Group, structure, etc)
- Set up all the tasks to start the certification for the new well
- Load in daily certification previous cost prior to D&C start as Cost Allocation
- Support engineers in daily certification tasks
- QA/QC of Daily Certification costs in MAXIMO / SAP
- Make sure that all costs reach OpenWells so the DDR cost will be correct
- Estimate and load the cost allocations for any service not certified (Personnel, Intercompany charges, IT, etc)
- WBS budget availability review & reassignment if necessary
- Material consumption review (check with Inventory team & engineers)
- Monthly accruals and Audit focal.
- Follow up & support all the engineers for closing period
- Create & follow up SES & Attachment report
- PO closure & Contract budget availability report
- Coordinate with the Drilling Engineer the final cost & EOWR
