Position: Drilling Technologist / Extended Reach
Location: West and East Malaysia
Commence: Year 2023
Criteria:
- Active, visible and committed in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) by applying a high priority to safety performance in the planning and evaluation of all drilling and completion operations.
- To work closely with engineers on benchmarking, reporting and preparation of presentation slides.
- To produce D&C live dashboard for onshore and rig site.
- To create smart database for NPT, EHS events, Lessons Learned, Contracts Status, etc.
- To ensure smooth running of Company Real Time Center.
- To assist on the implementation of any New Technology applications.
- Evaluations of ECD management, drill pipe size selection, hole enlargement size selection, safe liner operation, including requirement of rotating liner.
- Evaluate limits of each parameters during drilling and tripping of BHA/Casing. Evaluation of torque management, and selection of torque reducer.
- Involved in Drill the Well on Paper (DWOP), Risk Assessment, post Job Review or After Action Review (AAR), Service Quality Meetings (SQM) and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA).
- To provide ERD Training to staffs and offshore staffs
