Office Assistant

Position: Office Assistant
Location: Kuching, Sarawak
Commence: Year 2023
Criteria:
  • To assist on official travel management
  • Managing all correspondence and registry as well as sorting administration emails.
  • Assist in planning and arranging events, including planning refreshments
  • To handle reception area and visitor's management
  • Answer phone calls and transfer them as necessary
  • Assisting to raise Purchase Request (PR) for other business units as and when required 
  • Provide support to the office administrative functions, which include undertaking clerical duties, photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
  • Manages outgoing post and record data on deliveries 
  • Maintains stock list and order office supplies as needed
  • On-going Process – Maintains accurate records for incoming and outgoing correspondences
  • Ensure enough stationery/pantry for office use – inventory control 
  • Work under the general supervision of the Office Administrator and in close coordination in office management
  • Assist in compiling newspaper clipping
  • Ensure Vendor List and response letter is up to date.

  • Support the front end of future wells plan• To assist on the implementation of any New Technology applications of advance engineering
  • Lead the relief well complex operation if required with knowledge of well control with safety, efficiency and reliability related risk.
  • Lead the plugging and isolation procedure on the relief well interventions
  • Lead the well control engineering of design and execution of remedial operation

Responsibilities:-
  • Daily communication with Client Superintendent, General Supervisor, Supervisor and Drilling Engineer
  • Coordination of Wellsite Drilling Engineers activities. Provide full technical support on Contractor's equipment & UB/CTD practices & processes
  • Assist on the UB/CTD candidate selection & prepare UBD feasibility study for each candidate
  • Responsible for Project Document Control, including Management of Change documentation
  • Responsible for timely delivery of End of Well Report
  • Works closely with Client Operations and Engineering Divisions to contribute with the design, planning, execution and evaluation of the UB/CTD jobs
  • Responsible for daily summary of operations and well productivity reporting of flowing parameters. The report will be summarized in both chart and digit formats and sent to client
