• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Minimum 8 years' experience in oil & gas environment, and 5 years in Project management/Control in an onshore project
• Prior site construction planning experience in the EPC lump sum contract
• Familiar with Malaysian PSC environment and construction industry processes/tools
