Position: Drilling Equipment - Qualification Testing and Studies
Location: West and East Malaysia
Commence: Year 2023
Criteria:
- Lead the QA/QC for drilling, completion and workover equipment prior equipment mobilize to drilling/workover rig is to ensure minimal faulty to the drilling equipment and downtime to the rig.
- Learn to increase the productivity and meet company drilling/workover schedule.
- To inspect the wellhead post-manufacture and tubulars post mill to ensure the equipment are as per company requirement and as per relevant industry standard.
- To generate a list of vendors/contacts/equipment by hole section/intervention requirement and put in a spreadsheet format to use as working document for tool verification and witnessing controls. The list should be verified by Engineer prior to start work.
- To document quality gaps and vendor non-conformances related to the inspection and qualification of the equipment with the nature of the non-conformance together with the recommended corrective action.
- To witness if require the disassembly of any returned tools to qualify any repairs or replacement parts needed prior to being accepted.
