1. Asset Management and D-GAME-Project Execution
• Draft Plan Change procedure
• Management of Change procedure
• Localize the Global S&D Engineering Asset Management System Procedure to BSM context
2. D-GAME-Maintenance Execution
• CMMS implementation via SUN System. Provide advise and support to project team for flawless implementation
• Conduct Planning, Scheduling, Optimization Workshop
• Write procedure for CMMS
• Testing of data, simulation, Go Live
• Coordinate loading of Inspection history from manual source
3. D-GAME - Information Management
• Establish Asset Management, R&I, Projects, Maintenance Execution KPIs to be tracked and discussed
• Establish Quarterly or Annual steering committee meetings per AMS  requirement
• Upload existing equipment records t BSM document repository
4. D-GAME - Reliability and Integrity
• Train Reliability Engineer during 6-month consultancy period. Develop competency in Asset Management and Integrity
• Develop the process, procedure, cascade and execute approved extension

• To review, audit of existing Electrical, Instrument & control system and advise areas of improvement to enhance its availability, reliability and system integrity
• To carry out reliability study of Power Distribution Control System
• To evaluate performance of key process additives i.e. Kinetic hydrate inhibitor, corrosion inhibitor, de-emulsifier, dehydrating agents etc impact of same on overall cost of production & availability of assets

Criteria:-

• 8years experience as a Team Leader in Wellhead Maintenance
• To perform an annual routine maintenance check
• To perform non-routine well integrity maintenance i.e. Xmas trees, valves and fittings
• To carry out yearly maintenance checks and servicing the replacement of nuts, fittings, valves and accessories i.e. hand wheels, touch up painting including undercoating
• To replace damaged or corroded grease fittings as and when required
• Provide and maintain a database of all valves and update regularly
• To establish and maintain an effective and economical Quality System to ensure and demonstrate that the work conforms to the requirements

Offshore Drilling and Wells Safety Consultant

• 3years experience working for a Drilling or Service Contractor
• Excellent knowledge of Peer Operator HSE Culture and Standards
• NEBOSH or equivalent certified
• First Aider
• Production, Drilling Simultaneous Operations experience
• Incident Investigation Certification
• Experience within SEA Region or intended Drilling Contractor
• Experience of delivering Drilling/Wells HSE Training
• Experience of working in international operations and crews
