Criteria:-

• Degree in Engineering, Business Studies or relevant qualification with 10years O&G in JOC or PSC
• OR Diploma with 15years contract and procurement in O&G
• knowledge of procurement procedures, controls and supply chain management.
• Knowledge of Computerized Materials and Maintenance System such as MAXIMO or SAP.
• Computer literate and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint.
• problem solving and negotiation skills in day-to-day dealings with users, contractors on contractual / purchasing issues.
• Ability to formulate, plan and execute procurement strategies.
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge in commercial practices, business acumen, basic contract law, international trade practices (INCOTERMS) and other discipline relevant to contract and procurement.
