Criteria:-
- Degree in Engineering, Business Studies or relevant qualification with 10years O&G in JOC or PSC
- OR Diploma with 15years contract and procurement in O&G
- knowledge of procurement procedures, controls and supply chain management.
- Knowledge of Computerized Materials and Maintenance System such as MAXIMO or SAP.
- Computer literate and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint.
- problem solving and negotiation skills in day-to-day dealings with users, contractors on contractual / purchasing issues.
- Ability to formulate, plan and execute procurement strategies.
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge in commercial practices, business acumen, basic contract law, international trade practices (INCOTERMS) and other discipline relevant to contract and procurement.
- good leadership quality, integrity, right attitude, assertive, work under pressure
- interpersonal skills, good communication skills and acceptable level of negotiation capabilities / skill contribute to the effectiveness of the job.
