Criteria:-
- Age less than 60years old
- Have licenses to work in offshore drilling
- Bachelors degree in petroleum or equivalent
- Drilling training courses and certification
- Able to Design general well drilling programs using geological data and detailed casing, drilling fluid, directional drilling, cementing, completion, well testing, stimulation, workover programs, etc.
- Calculate drill string & casing strengths, cement volume and displacement, kill fluid volume and pumping parameters
- Knowledge of drilling equipment and tools
- Experience in management and supervision of drilling, completion, testing, stimulation and workover
- 10years at well site (onshore, jackup, semisub)
- 5years as drilling supervisor
- 3years as drilling superintendent
