Criteria:-
- Degree in Engineering
- 6years in Well Engineering with in-depth knowledge of well programming & construction.
- Proven abilities in onshore and offshore drilling and completion operations.
- Shell Well Engineering Round I and Round II certificates will be regarded as an advantage.
- Experiences in New Technology, Well Delivery Process, DtL, QA/QC.
- Floater and Deepwater experience will be a strong advantage.
- Good understanding of the well engineering interface issues in a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Good technical and practical understanding of well engineering with a good business sense & commercial awareness.
