Criteria:-
- valid safety and health officer certificate or equivalent issued by DOSH and NIOSH
- B Sc / Engineering Degree
- 10years in O&G fabrication yards/offshore oil fields
- Valid Medical certificate
- Valud HUET & Offshore Survival Certificate (NOSP or NPSP)
- extensive experience in Project HSE Planning execution, control and monitoring in fabrication yard or offshore platform and managing contractors at project site
- worked 2 projects similar nature for PSC operators
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Computer literate
- write, communicate clear & comprehensive verbal reports and instructions
