- 8years experience in the field of offshore construction
- Supervising a multi-discipline work force engaged in offshore fabrication or maintenance and installation in marine operations
- Proven interpersonal skill associated with managing an onshore or offshore construction work force
- Knowledge on fabrication standards, procedures, scaffolding, QAQC and marine operations
