Position: HSE Engineer
Location: Vietnam
Commence: Dec 2020
Duration: 1 year with extension option
Criteria:
- Must have Bachelor Degree or higher in engineering or closely related major.
- Minimum 12 years of working experience in oil & gas project.
- Minimum 3 projects experience as HSE officer in the oil and gas onshore and offshore Project.
- Prepare and participate in HSE audit and inspections at contractor and sub-contractors as defined in the project HSE plan.
- Support and participate in incident investigation and ensure that lessons learnes are disseminated
- Review and comment on vendor HSE procedures.
- Provide comment on and follow-up HSE issues that has been raised by HAZOP meetings.
- Prepare and ensure Site HSE reports for weekly & monthly to Development HSE Engineerto combine for Development HSE report.
- Ensure document and track satisfactory close out of all HAZOB cards raised by Contractor and Client.
- Fluency in English spoken and written.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to openly communicate with team members and contractors
- Ability to work within a team environment.
