Position: Senior Executive, Staff Development
Location: KotaKinabalu, Malaysia
Commence: May2019
Duration: Yearly basis (Contract Basis)
  • Min Bachelor degree in any Engineering discipline or equivalent
  • 15years of O&G operations/maintenance experience
  • 5years of training competency program exposure
  • Ability to use and comprehend HSE policies and procedures and resources
  • Fully conversant with training and competency assessment programs
  • Experienced in a role involving class room training
  • Trained as a BTEC or PECAS Certified Assessor/Verifier would be an advantage for the role
  • Must be computer literate and highly skilled in programs such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Strong leadership skills in a multicultural environment
  • Strong awareness in operating Integrity and Process Safety programs
  • Effective communicator who utilizes presentations, written & oral reports, memos, and videos to accomplish a variety of objectives
  • Must possess strong analytical and technical writing skills
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to influence and resolve conflicts
  • High level of teamwork and effective collaboration skills
  • Willing to relocate to Sabah
