• Proven background in O&G facility process safety hazards analysis, process safety design and process safety related codes and standards
• Strong working knowledge of relevant process safety analysis techniques
• Has clearly demonstrated strong technical competence
• Ability to work within a diverse cultural environment
• Demonstrated interpersonal/teambuilding skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Experience in conduting HAZOP, HAZID, FMEA, Fault tree Analysis (FTA), Event Tree Analysis (ETA), SIL Assessments, Layer of Protection Analysis, Formal Safety Assessments eg. Fire Exploration Analysis, Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRA), Escape, Mster, Evacuation Risk Assessement, Emergency Systems, emergency Systems Survivability Analysis, Safety Case etc
• Knowledge on Consequences Modelling & Consequence Analysis, ie Jet Fire, Pool Fire, Flash Fire, Explosion, Gas Dispersion

• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Team player with prove management and staff leadership skills
