Criteria:

• Min Bachelor degree in any Engineering discipline or equivalent
• 15years of O&G operations/maintenance experience
• 5years of training competency program exposure
• Ability to use and comprehend HSE policies and procedures and resources
• Fully conversant with training and competency assessment programs
• Experienced in a role involving class room training
• Trained as a BTEC or PECAS Certified Assessor/Verifier would be an advantage for the role
• Must be computer literate and highly skilled in programs such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Strong leadership skills in a multicultural environment
• Strong awareness in operating Integrity and Process Safety programs

• Min a Bachelor Degree in any Engineering discipline or equivalent
• Min 8years working experience in the upstream O&G industry (technical roles) preferably with exposure to Petroleum Economics/Commercial aspects of the business
• Possess an array of both analytical, critical and negotiation skills, can work independently and communicate effectively across multiple functions and departments
• Familiar with upstream O&G project feasibility, field development plan, area development plan and project tollgate reviews, basic reservoirs/production, engineering, operations and capital budgeting
• Basic understanding of Production Sharing Contracts, Gas Sales Agreement, upstream O&G fiscal terms/arrangements, preferably in a Malaysian context
• Familiar with Petroleum economic modeling and evaluation software such as Merak PEEP or equivalent
• Strong computer skill (e.g. Excel & PowerPoint)
• Good technical writing and communications skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and capable of fostering strong relationships with Shareholders and Regulator
