Criteria:-
- BSc in engineering
- 10 years front end engineering during early decision-making stage of projects.
- Experience with the design of flow metering systems in O&G
- Good understanding of operability, maintainability and HSE constraints
- Skills in applying C2V value enhancing techniques such as Opportunity Framing, Concept Identification and Selection, etc.
- Experience in complex offshore infrastructure / brownfield
- High level cost estimating experience
