Criteria:-
- 8 years engineering experience in O&G (design, construction, commissioning, project management).
- 4 years experience as project engineer for O&G project.
- Experience with managing contracts
- C&A background (design) and / or experience with C&A projects.
- Experience in managing HSE in projects and knowledge of HSE Management System.
- Familiar with design process
- Familiar with C&A supplier market, products and capabilities.
- Project Engineering / Management foundation courses.
- Basic Instrument Engineering training courses
- Demonstrates accountability for his / her project.
- lead a multi-discipline matrix team across departmental interfaces.
- Able to drive team for delivery.
- Acts with integrity and respect for others.
- Proven team worker.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Effective net-worker.
- Good verbal and written communications skills.
