Criteria:-
- Recognised aircraft engineering qualification to CRS level.
- 2 years experience of the 92 aircraft
- years experience of providing aviation training
- Demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills with well-developed inter-personal strengths
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Coaching for Performance
- Maintain industry awareness by attendance of appropriate manufacturer training.
- Experienced aviation engineer with natural instructional ability.
