Position: Senior Wells Engineer

Criteria:-
- Degree in Engineering from a recognized institution
- 15+ years experience in Well Engineering with in-depth knowledge of well programming & construction.
- Proven abilities in offshore drilling and completion operations.
- Shell Well Engineering Round I certificates
- Experiences in New Technology, Well Delivery Process, DtL, QA/QC.
- Proven project / team / man management skills.
- Proven track record in delivering result in a challenging environment.
- Deepwater Exploration Drilling in preparations of rig equipment, BOP, Marine and DP inspection / acceptance program
- Experienced in accepting a rig on a new contract and starting the rig operation.
- Proven track record in HPHT (high pressure high temperature) well engineering design and planning.
- UBD / Managed Pressure Drilling / Dynamic Controlled Pressure Drilling project / technical skills
- HSE Leadership and the ability to prioritise HSE over Delivery of Operational targets.
- Experience in HSE Risk Analysis – HAZID, HAZOD, JHA.
- Incident investigation leadership skills.
- Good understanding of the well engineering interface issues in a multi-disciplinary environment
- Good technical and practical understanding of well engineering with a good business sense & commercial awareness.
